Radio Classic is a radio station based in Helsinki, Finland, and is part of Bauer Media Finland.
Radio Classic began broadcasting on November 1, 2010, and has since found a niche among listeners amidst the mainstream pop, dance, and youth music scene.
Its slogan is “Maailman kauneinta musiikkia” (“The most beautiful music in the world”). As its name suggests, it focuses on classical music, encompassing everything from historical composers to more accessible modern pieces.
Radio Classic offers a repertoire of classical and orchestral music, featuring works by Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, and Tchaikovsky, as well as lighter pieces such as film scores and contemporary arrangements.
